Isaac Shalev is attending BGG.CON and will have a prototype copy of Tír na nÓg with him to demo ahead of a 2023 crowdfunding campaign. Contact Issac if you'd like to play the game!

In the Irish myth cycles, the land of Tír na nÓg is the realm of the Otherworld, the place where the Fairies lived and heroes visited on quests. It was a place just outside the realm of man, off to the west, where there was no illness or death or time, but only happiness and beauty.

In Tír na nÓg, players will take on the role of storytellers, transported to the Otherworld, and challenged to talk for their lives. Entertain the fairies and you'll earn your spot in Tír na nÓg. Fail to do so and you are returned to the mortal realm.

Each round, players will lay claim to cards in a unique straddle draft, placing their custom marker across multiple cards. After all players have placed their markers, they will draft a card and play a card according to the tableau scoring cards. At the end of 5 rounds, the player who has best pleased the Fairies will find their forever home in Tír na nÓg.

The Wolves, co-designed by Clarence Simpson, had a sold-out debut at Spiel in Essen, Germany last week! The US release is tentatively scheduled for early November.

The Wolves is a pack-building strategy game for 2-5 players. It’s survival of the fittest as you compete to build the largest, most dominant pack by claiming territory, recruiting lone wolves, and hunting prey. But be careful not to expand too recklessly into terrain where your rivals thrive – they may lure members of your pack away.

A clever action-selection mechanism drives your choices. Each action requires you to flip terrain tiles matching the terrain where you wish to take your action. These double-sided tiles mean the actions you take this round will set up which terrain types you can act on in the next round. As you take actions to expand your pack’s control of each region, you will also upgrade your pack’s attributes, allowing you to take more aggressive actions as the game goes on.

There are 3 mid-game scoring phases where power is calculated in each region. At the end of the game players will tally up points based on VP tokens earned in these scoring phases and the highest VP number revealed in each of the 6 tracks on your player board. The player with the most VP wins!

Peanut Butter Belly Time, designed by Julio Nazario, is scheduled for a crowdfunding campaign in November. We'll post here when the campaign is live!

You are peanut butter makers for Nerdy Nuts! Decide what flavors you want to create from Chocolate Marshmallow to Banana Cookie and everything in between, then prepare your jars and collect the right ingredients for your special peanut butter creations. You can add mystery ingredients for extra flavor, but don't push your luck too far or your sweet treats might end up too salty instead!

In Peanut Butter Belly Time, players draft ingredient cards to create jars of peanut butter. Each card also has a scoring rule on it, but only one card will score for each jar. Players may take orders from a central display if they can fulfill them, and an order replaces a jar's normal scoring. Players can also compete for ingredient majority cards.
